Is There Really A Perfect Golf Swing?

The Perfect Golf Swing begins and ends by hitting a golf ball with a golf club. The golf swing is one of the most complex, unnatural and explosive movements in sport. No one has ever swung a golf club perfectly every time. There are too many variables involved for this to ever happen. The swings of Jack Nicklaus and Arnold Palmer were not perfect every time!

We help develop your perfect swing with the "Total Golf Swing System".

Step through our program sequence below:

Our three systems include:

Each system integrates three ways of learning:

  • Visual
  • Auditory
  • Kinesthetic

Each system progresses through :

  • Learn - classroom knowledge
  • Program - practice drills
  • Play - application on the course

The "Total Golf Swing System" begins with a fitness program, combined with programming the swing, and mechanical swing analysis.

Of course, finding the simplest method possible to achieve your perfect golf swing will give you a greater success rate. The swing that is perfect for one person may not be the swing that is perfect for another.

Three Steps You Must Complete for Optimum Results:

STEP 1 - Questionnaire

The golf club is directly connected to the human body. It is the golfer, who generates and delivers energy to the golf ball. Limitations in the golf swing can be created when the golfer has both anatomical and mechanical flaws.

STEP 2 - Assessment

Assessment is extremely important to establish a baseline measure in many different physical areas. Such areas of concern for the golfer include posture, flexibility and muscular strength. A golfer with a deficiency, in any area, cannot obtain optimum performance to create the perfect swing.

STEP 3 - Prescribed Exercises

The “Total Golf Swing System” is designed around movement training not, body part training. Unless you are preparing for a body building contest, it makes no sense to train individual body parts. We need to train like we move and even more specifically, like we swing.

Swing Programming

The greatest golfers in the world do have common elements and the "Total Golf Swing System" offers an entire package. These elements will give you the greatest chance at success with your perfect golf swing. Don’t just except these common factors to be true, understand why they are true. If you take the time to do this, you will understand your swing and know how to make it better.

We are going to look at the golf swing from a science approach. Understanding the human body, what makes it move, and its relationship to its environment (i.e. a golf club and a golf ball) is the simplest way to explain the "Biomechanics of the Golf Swing". Biomechanists have studied and contributed extensive research to understanding the golf swing.

Swing Programming includes:

  •   Set-up (Address)

  •   Backswing (Take Away)

  •   Transition

  •   Downswing to Impact

  •   Ball Impact

  •   Follow Through

    Mechanics

It may not be golf, but science can build a champion. Take a look at the video below. Understanding the mechanics of a sport, enhances the skill.
